Alhaj Md Mofizur Rahman, Chairman of Janata Jute Mills Ltd., was a simple yet successful businessman who gave back through schools, colleges, mosques, madrasas and orphanages funded from his own pocket — a spirit his son, Alhaj Md.   • Earthquake Resistant: Designed to withstand up to 8.0 Richter scale tremors based on American Concrete Institute (ACI) & ASTM standards.
  • High-Quality Steel: Deformed mild steel bar (BSRM/Rahim steel/Bashundhara) with a yield strength of 72,500/60,000 psi.
  • Cement & Aggregates: Holcim/Cemex/Scan cement and crushed stone from Bholagonj boulders (Sylhet).
  • BUET Lab Tested: Systematic testing of concrete and other completed work samples at every stage (BUET lab).

Gas, Water & Bath Features

  • Titas Gas Connection: Separate gas connection provision for all apartments from the Titas Gas distribution system.
  • Water Supply: Large underground water reservoir, rooftop overhead tank, and WASA main line connection with PPR pipes.
